With a FF cup bust, I understand!
A long time ago, before I started Blest bras, I used to wear a 10DD bra and did not realize that I was wearing the wrong size until I was fitted into an 8FF while living in the UK. I was not alone it seems - over 70 per cent of women are wearing the wrong size bra!
I had no idea how bra sizes worked, all I knew I was that I was uncomfortable in my 10DD bra, but I thought that’s just what bras felt like, until I put on an 8FF – boy what a difference! Any thoughts of a breast reduction were gone forever!
Knowing I was wearing the wrong size bra would have saved me a lot of discomfort as well as the premature ‘sag’ of my bust which can never be fixed without surgery. Do yourself a favour and get a good fitting bra now!
