Blest Girl Points  -  What are they and how can I use them?
Blest Girl Points are reward points. You receive a point for every dollar you spend on products. You can view and 'cash in' your Blest Girl Points online and it is really easy to do. Simply 'Sign in' and then go to 'My Account'.  When in the Member Centre, just click on the 'My Blest Girl Points' link. Easy! (Note: Points are 'cashed in' for store credit to use on future purchases.)

How are your special offers are calculated in the shopping bag and checkout?
Any discount amount is automatically calculated by our online store (it's very cleaver!) The adjusted amount is shown in the 'Amendments' section on your checkout/invoice and is the difference between the percentage off the RRP (Recommended Retail Price) and our Blest price.

How do I put something in my shopping bag?
It is really simple. Just click on the size you want in the availability grid. This will put the item in your bag and take you to your bag so you can see it is in there. To view your shopping bag at any time, just click on the shopping bag in the top right had corner of any page. Easy!

What are the postage options and prices?
We guarantee safe and secure delivery from just $6.95 for standard post!
Our postage prices and options vary depending on the country of your delivery address and the number of items you purchase. You can also use our split order service to receive 'In stock' / 'Available now' items sooner.

What is your exchange and return policy?
We have a free exchange and easy returns policy that will ensure you can shop for your lingerie with peace of mind. Some items like clearance items and shapewear items are non-returnable, but this is clearly outlined on the product page before you select it. You can return items for either exchange, shop credit or refund - it's up to you what you would prefer. Click on 'More details' to read more....

How long does it take before my item is despatched?
You can see 'live' stock availability for each product on our stock availability grids. Hover over your size and it will tell you the estimated despatch times. (You can also work out bra cup size conversions by looking at the grid too!) When you select the product it will also display the estimated despatch time in your shopping bag. You can also use our split order service to receive 'In stock' / 'Available now' items sooner.

How can I pay for my order? 
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) through our online store. However we understand not everyone can pay by credit card, so we also have other options for you. Payment options include credit card, EFT, cheque, money order for 'off-line' ordering.

How will I know if my order / payment has been processed? 
After an order is processed a copy of the order is automatically sent to your registered email address. You can also see your order history and payment history with Blest bras simply in the Member Centre. Simply 'Sign in' then click on 'My Account'. Then click on 'Payment history'. It's easy!

What is the status of my order?
Our system enables you to view your current active orders and you past order purchases. Simply 'Sign in' then click on 'My Account' then click on 'Active orders' or 'Past orders' to view your order status 'live' as they are being processed through our system. You can also view your parcel tracking number on each individual despatch and use it to track you parcel!

I want to cancel an order or an item off an order
Canceling an order, or any items in an order, before the estimated despatch time elapses incurs a handling fee of $10.00 per item. Please contact our customer service team by email or phone to request the cancelation. If the cancelation fee is applicable to your order, then this will be deducted from your refund.

I need to exchange or return an item, how do I do this?
It is easy to exchange or return an item just use the returns form found on the back of your invioce enclosed in your parcel. We offer free exchanges to make things easy for you. You can return items for either exchange, shop credit or refund - it's up to you what you would prefer.

How do I know if my exchange order has been received? 
You can see your orders with Blest bras. Simply 'Sign in' then click on 'My Account' then click on then click on 'Active orders' in the Member Centre. You can see all your orders in progress with us.

Why don't you use tape measure measurements?
As you would know, all bras can vary slightly in size,even within a brand! Tape measure measurements are not accurate unless they are done by a professionally trained bra stylist and even then they may not be accurate. So we work out your size on how your bra fits on you, not by numbers.

It is really easy to change your details and you can do it all online! Simply 'Sign in' and go to 'My Account' and click on 'Account details' and change your details including your password, name, address, email and contact phone numbers from there - EASY!

If you have already placed your order and you need to change the delivery address for that order, then you need to contact us directly, in writing or via email, to change the the delivery address for your active order.

Forgotten your password? Don't worry you can request another password to be sent to your email address that you have registered with us.

It is really easy to do, just follow these easy steps....

1. Simply click on the words 'Sign In' (This is up in the top right of any page.)
2. When in the sign in page, click on the words 'request a new password'.
3. Type your email address that is registered with us into the yellow box and then click on 'Send new password'
» The page should refresh WITHOUT the yellow box. If the yellow box is still there it has not worked properly - try it again.
4. Your new password is sent to your email address.

. Sign in with your new password in the 'existing customer' section.

» You know when you are signed in as the words 'Sign In' up in the top right hand side of the page will change to 'Sign Out'.
» If you want to change your new password to something you may find a little easier to remember, simply click on 'My Account' and change your password through the 'My Account details' section.
